The basic parameters
The steel plate and PTFE layer are composite to achieve noise reduction and vibration reduction performance as well as the lightweight structure.
The type b bushing is composed of a metal sheet and a PTFE polymer layer. The material structure can be machined inside the housing (an alternative to the shaping process) to achieve the strictest bore tolerance.
The ultra-thick PTFE layer can isolate noise and realize the design of no gap bushing. It can produce bushing with a wall thickness over 0.75mm and achieve interference fit in the shell. Various methods can be used to protect the steel case from corrosion.
Standard POLYtetrafluoroethylene compound fillers are toner and graphite, and other fillers may be added as required. The bushing manufactured comprises a rolled bushing with or without an axial flange, a deep drawing bushing, and a die-cutting piece. The metal backing can be made of steel, aluminum, or stainless steel in harsh chemical conditions.
