    CuSn10Pb10 Flange Bimetal Bearings is backed with high quality low carbon steel with Tin-Lead-Bronze alloy (CuSn10Pb10) sintered on its surface.

    CuSn10Pb10 Flange Bimetal Bearings is sintered several times under high temperature and then stick firmly onto the steel plate. CuSn10Pb10 Flange Bimetal Bearings has high fatigue strength, load capacity and shock resistance.

    CuSn10Pb10 Flange Bimetal Bearings is used to make wrapped bushes, thrust washer and bushes on connecting rod level of gas engine, etc.

    To effectively decrease abrasion, CuSn10Pb10 Flange Bimetal Bearings' alloy surface can be machined with ball oil sockets for easier oil storage. When necessary, an anti-erosive coating can be plated on the steel back. CuSn10Pb10 Flange Bimetal Bearings can be applied to conditions of mediate load with mediate or high running velocity and conditions with enormous impact load.
