Spherical Plain Bearings

1. Spherical plain bearings, also called spherical plain bushings, are mainly used in different machinery accompanied with rotary motion, tilt movement, and low-speed swinging motion. For instance, they can be found in the hydraulic cylinders, forging press, engineering machinery, automated equipment, car shock absorbers, and the water conservancy machinery, etc.

2. This product features great load-carrying capacity and impact-resistance capability. It is usually treated with special technique. Its surface has gone through both galvanizing and phosphating process. Therefore, our product gives ultra-strong corrosion resistance. Self-lubricating characteristic allows the spherical plain bushing to work normally in case of dislocation.

3. The spherical plain bearing has inner and outer rings with spherical surfaces. It can support a large load. This self-lubricating bearing is mainly divided into the radial type, angular contact type, and the rod end type. It can be created in different shapes according to various applications.

Types
(1) GE ... E Type : Single every outer ring, no oil tank . Can bear radial load and smaller axial load in either direction .
(2) GE ... ES type : single slit outer ring, there are oil tank . Can bear radial load and smaller axial load in either direction .
(3) GE ... ES-2RS type , GEEW ... ES-2RS type : single slit outer ring, there are oil tank, sides with a ring . Can bear radial load and smaller axial load in either direction .
(4) GE ... ESN type : single slit outer ring , GE ... XSN type : double slit outer ring ( split outer ring ) , lubricating oil tank, the outer ring groove . Can bear radial load and smaller axial load in either direction . However, the snap ring axial load to bear , its ability to withstand axial load is reduced.
(5) GE ... HS type : inner ring with oil tank, double half outer ring, worn clearance can be adjusted. Can bear radial load and smaller axial load in either direction .
(6) GE ... DE1 type : inner ring of hardened bearing steel , the outer ring of the bearing steel. When assembling the inner extrusion with lubrication groove and hole . Inside diameter of less than 15mm bearings , no lubrication groove and hole . Can bear radial load and smaller axial load in either direction .
(7) GE ... DEM1 type : inner ring of hardened bearing steel , the outer ring of the bearing steel. When assembling extruded inner bearing into the bearing , the pressure on the outer side of the bearing groove axially fixed . Can bear radial load and smaller axial load in either direction .
(8) GE ... DS type : outer ring fitting groove and lubrication groove. Only the large size bearings . Can bear radial load and a smaller one in any direction axial load ( fitting groove side can not bear axial load )
